  I very much like my AAA...but I got a phone call six days before my bill was due. Someone from this office called me three times one day threatening to cancel my insurance and contact the DMV if I did not respond by 6PM. I was out of town and quite surprised to get the message when I got home. I was glad that I had left my car at home and was not driving with cancelled insurance. It turns out, just like I had thought...that my bill was NOT due on that day and I paid it on time. There is a difference between a courtesy call (which is much appreciated) and harassment with threats of being "TURNED IN" to the DMV. Bad form & Super Obnoxious
