  In 2016, my wife and I began researching the process of becoming foster parents. We connected with Seneca in San Jose and from the very beginning were truly impressed by the level of professionalism, compassion, and support from staff. Since then we have completed the extensive (and excellent) training to become foster parents. At every step Seneca has met and exceeded expectations around quality of training, support and compassion for youth, and support and resources for foster parents. I highly recommend beginning a conversation with Seneca if you have ever considered becoming a foster parent as this continues to be one of the most meaningful experiences of our lives.
